Credit Card Data Security:

Online Payment is provided by Protx, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta.

Credit Card Data Security:
Wakedvd.co.uk credit card transactions over the internet are transmitted in an encrypted form utilizing Secure Socket Protocol with an effective key length of at least 140 bits. The servers involved in the processing of credit card transactions are located in a secure domain, protected by internal network partitioning, with the Internet connectivity protected by firewall technology.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations:

Returns from non-EU Countries- Please clearly mark on the outside of your package: "Returned Goods" in order to avoid extra import duty. We will not accept packages that require taxes to be paid on them.

Guarantee:

In the unlikely event of the goods actually being defective, we shall of course refund your money as well as the cost of returning the goods. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions:

1.Orders are accepted and promises of delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

2. All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of wakedvd.co.uk until paid for in full by the customer.

3.All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same there at his own risk.

4.We cannot accept goods that are returned to us soiled or damaged nor DVDs returned with their cellophane covers removed or opened. Customers who damage goods in these ways will remain liable to settle their invoice in full.

5. Please check goods received against order. Shortages, breakages and incorrect goods will be rectified if we are informed within 14 working days of delivery.

6.Any returned goods must be returned preferably with the original invoice and must be in the same condition as the customer received them in.

7. Should a customer wish to cancel an order, Wakedvd.co.uk will give the customer a full refund of their money within 30 days of their notifying wakedvd.co.uk of the cancellation.

8. Customers are required to pay for the postage of any goods being returned unless the goods were either faulty or the order was sent out in error, in which case wakedvd.co.uk will refund the postage in full.

9. No goods will be released to customers until payment has been received in full.

10. Prices are subject to change.

11. All business is subject to our terms and conditions of business.

12. Wakedvd.co.uk is not a VAT registered enterprise. VAT is not charged.

13. We abide by the code of practice with reference to the use of personal data as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

14. Customers receiving goods outside the EU are responsible for any local taxes and/or duties incurred. Please note that customers rejecting packages or parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods.

15. Wakedvd.co.uk operates under the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

Disputes:

Any complaint should be made as soon as possible and we shall endeavour to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially and effectively within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
