Delivery Timescales and Overseas Postage Charges:

Wakedvd.co.uk products are delivered by recorded mail. We will not charge your credit card until the order is actually despatched.

UK Christmas Delivery:

In order to ensure delivery for Christmas, please place your order by 3pm, Thursday, 20th December.

U.K. & BFPO Delivery:

Under normal circumstances orders arrive within five working days. In exceptional circumstances, delivery can take up to two weeks. If it will take longer than five days, we will contact you with a revised delivery estimate to let you cancel or change your order without charge, if you wish.

EU Delivery:

 EU recorded delivery is surcharged by £2.00 per order (as opposed to per DVD). Please allow two weeks for delivery overseas.

Non-EU Overseas Delivery:

Non EU overseas delivery is surcharged by £4.00 (as opposed to per DVD). Please note that customers are responsible for any local taxes and/or duties charged.
